WINERY
Strengthened by Elisabetta’s experience in Franciacorta and thanks to the meeting with the Urzì family, true sons of the Gulf of Etna, “Sciare dell’Alba” was born in Mascali, on the eastern side of Etna. Pinot Noir grape crosses the Mediterranean and meets Nerello Mascalese grape, and gives life to our production of Etna wines.

Roots in Etna, origins in Franciacorta. In the village of Mascali (province of Catania), on an enchanted millstone at 500 meters above sea level on the eastern side of Etna, wet by the foams of the Mediterranean Sea, our Scìare dell’Alba project was born: few hectares, very low yields, manual harvesting, in biological conversion.
