With a soothing bouquet of white flowers and yellow fruits, the Satèn Millesimato Elisabetta Abrami, perfectly suits both appetizers and every sort of light menus.
Following at least 36 months on the yeasts of the entirely Chardonnay cuvee, the extremely fine and persistent perlage glow in golden reflections with an intense yellow colour.
It is a Franciacorta D.O.C.G wine, whose distinctive bouquet of toasted bread binds with a delicate, creamy taste.

Decantation: Addition of selected yeasts and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The cuvée is made in spring. After the addition of sugar syrup and yeast for secondary fermentation, it is bottled and stacked on its side to aid re-fermentation and slow refinement
