From hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, Franciacorta Brut D.O.C.G. of Elisabetta Abrami is an excellent wine for aperitif.
It is characterised by a persistent perlage, and intense straw yellow with golden reflections and delicate bouquet with vanilla notes.
Definitely a perfect choice for fish courses, shell-fish dishes or delicate main course.
