VINIFICATION:
vinified in steel with temperature control and with a maceration of about 12-15 days.
MATURATION:
in French oak barrels of 30 hectoliters for 24 months in contact with the fine lees and 3 months in bottle.

First and second courses based on elaborate and spiced meat, longaged cheeses.
WINE ANALYTICAL DATA:
alcohol 13.5%; total acidity 5.5 g / l of tartaric acid; pH 3.60
TASTING NOTES:
transparent ruby red color, the nose is fruity with notes of berries, spicy with notes of aromatic herbs, in the mouth it is balanced, fresh, soft, fairly tannic and persistent.
