Chestnuts and wine, together they remind us of autumn.
(Wine tasting is fully booked)
The chestnut is a full-bodied but at the same time light food, rich in taste and equally low in fat.
The roasted chestnuts are cooked on the grill, providing a slightly bitter aftertaste, while in the mouth it leaves a sensation of pastiness.
Looking for the perfect match, roasted chestnuts match a wine with a delicate perlage effervescence capable of cleaning and degreasing the mouth.
The classic example of wine with these characteristics is Franciacorta, and we have thought of ours
Franciacorta Millesimato Brut 2013.
Save the date for Sunday the 25th of October:
Our wine tastings will take place in two time slots: 3:30 PM and at 5:00 PM.
Each tasting will include a portion of roasted chestnuts and a glass of our
Millesimato Brut 2013.
The price is 15 euros per person for adults and 7 euros for kids.
