The result is an extra-virgin olive oil oil with an emerald green color, with light fruity aromas, from tomato to artichoke and hints of almond. Its freshness is noted on the palate, with a light fruity note and harmonious presence of bitter and spicy, associated with a low degree of acidity: a delicate taste, which does not overpower, but enhances the foods it accompanies.
