It is a D.O.C.G wine, golden, intense yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage, with a strong bouquet, notes of honey and flowers, particularly suitable for fish-based appetizers.
The Pas Dosé Millesimato is the result of 36 months of refinement of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir cuvée, a Franciacorta with a full and caressing taste, excellent to pair fish courses, from crudités to tempura.

Decantation: Addition of selected yeasts and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The cuvée is made in spring. After the addition of sugar syrup and yeast for secondary fermentation, it is bottled and stacked on its side to aid re-fermentation and slow refinement
Refinement: At least 36 months on the yeasts in steel tanks/oak barriques and minimum 3 months of post degorgement
